RhythmFunBoxing at Rhythmsports: you might lose weight but you won’t lose your fun!
RhythmBoxing is a challenging and fun group lesson, derived from aerobics, boxing and Eastern martial arts techniques.
Exercises are done with the help of a kickbag, a portable punching bag on a reinforced base. Stimulating music used during the work-outs will make you even more motivated to give RhythmBoxing everything you've got!
RhythmBoxing is not a martial art, and you won't be working out with a sparring partner. Everyone, regardless of age or build, can join in at once. What’s more, this work-out appeals to both women and men. During RhythmBoxing lessons, a lot of attention is paid to technique and safety.
RhythmBoxing's punching and kicking techniques are a sure-fire way to work on your stamina and burn fat. Your stomach, legs and upper torso will become stronger and firmer. Moverover, it’s a perfect way to release stress. You’ll recharge your energy levels and feel relaxed after an hour of kicking and punching!
And of course, this work-out is a lot of fun! The variety in exercises, the enthusiastic instructors and the stirring beats make the hour pass by before you even notice.
Rhythmsports is THE Sports and Dance Club in the very centre of The Hague. You can find us at the Rijswijkseplein, close by railway station Hollands Spoor. A club whith a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, where you can work out for a reasonable price.
